One-Year Warranty & Repair Instructions

For Bambu Lab machines purchased, 3DMART offers your choice of Standard Warranty or Enhanced Warranty service. For any operational questions, please contact the 3DMART mailbox.

• If there is a problem with the machine, please first fill out the Technical Support Form. If an engineer determines it is not human-induced damage, the following methods can be applied:

No round-trip shipping fees | No inspection fees | No repair fees
3DMART dispatches personnel to collect the equipment for repair → 3DMART engineers perform the repair → After completion, 3DMART dispatches a vehicle to return it

• Please be sure to use the complete original packaging (outer box, protective foam, etc.) and include all original accessories (e.g., power supply, SD card, cables, materials used during printing, etc.) to avoid any omissions during repair.
• If an engineer determines it to be human-induced damage, damage from self-modification, or non-human damage covered by the original manufacturer's warranty service, consumables (e.g., nozzles) and spare parts are not covered by the warranty.
• All operational tutorials will be quoted separately by 3DMART specialists. You can fill out the contact form for inquiries.
