SLA/DLP/LCD-Photocuring 3D Printer (56 products)
Stereolithography (SLA) is a 3D printing method that uses a laser to cure photopolymer resin, building objects layer by layer. During the printing process, a laser beam scans the resin surface, enabling the printing of complex shapes with high resolution and repeatability. SLA is widely used for prototyping, casting models (lost wax casting), industrial applications, and precision modeling of jewelry and other items. In recent years, there has been a growing demand for SLA 3D printers in fields requiring extremely high precision and surface quality.
Digital Light Processing (DLP), on the other hand, also utilizes the principle of photopolymerization, but instead of using a point light source (laser) for scanning like SLA, DLP uses a Digital Micromirror Device (DMD) to expose the entire surface at once (projection). Its advantage lies in its ability to cure layer by layer, achieving high-resolution printing quickly. LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) also uses surface exposure for printing, and users can choose the printing method based on application requirements and desired quality.
