Revopoint Trackit SR Wireless Optical Tracking 3D Scanner
Featuring marker-free smart optical tracking 3D scanning technology, combined with three blue laser modes, wireless scanning, large-object tracking, and color texture mapping, this scanner meets professional needs in reverse engineering, dimensional inspection, and quality control.
Trackit SR Three Scanning Modes
Triple Blue Laser Capture: From Details to Large Workpieces
30 Intersecting Laser Lines | High-Speed Detail Capture
Fine mode utilizes 30 intersecting laser lines, scanning object surfaces and fine geometric features efficiently at up to 2 million points per second.
17 Parallel Laser Lines | Fast Scanning for Large Workpieces
Designed for capturing large, low-feature objects. Supports a maximum working distance of 500 mm and a maximum capture area of 330 × 325 mm, providing greater coverage in a single scan.
Single Laser Line | Deep Holes and Narrow Areas
The single laser line allows for precise extraction of data in areas difficult for standard modes to reach, such as deep holes, gaps, and grilles, improving model data integrity.
Superior Accuracy for Reverse Engineering and Dimensional Inspection
Trackit SR creates high-detail 3D models. The data can be used for dimensional inspection, quality control, or scan-to-CAD workflows, meeting the needs of reverse engineering and digital manufacturing processes.
Field Accuracy Verification
When used with a metrology-grade carbon fiber ball bar, you can quickly complete stable and reliable accuracy verification on-site.
The artifact features a design that accommodates ambient temperature changes and works with the Revo Measure software to help users verify equipment measurement performance in real-time on-site.
Portable Large-Workpiece 3D Scanning
Fast Marker-Free Scanning
Advanced optical tracking technology allows the Trackit SR to track the scanner's position in real-time. In tracking mode, there is no need to apply or remove large numbers of markers on black, metallic, or large objects to achieve high-precision 3D scans.
The system is suitable for part sizes ranging from approximately 10 mm to 4 m, and the dual-lens tracker base station helps improve scanning efficiency in complex workflows.
Rapid Warm-up and Real-Time Temperature Monitoring
Trackit SR features a built-in active heating function, allowing it to reach optimal operating temperature in about 2 minutes after startup.
Both the tracker and scanner body are equipped with internal and external temperature sensors, enabling real-time monitoring of ambient and internal temperatures to help maintain the system within the proper operating range for stable scanning accuracy.
Move Freely with Wi-Fi 6 Wireless Scanning
Move freely during scanning, reducing cable clutter or snagging. The Trackit SR scanner has a built-in high-capacity battery providing up to approximately 2.5 hours of operation.
The tracker can be powered by a power bank; the CMM version includes a power bank, while the standard version requires one to be purchased separately.
Both the scanner and tracker can connect to a PC via Wi-Fi 6 to stream scan data directly, or mirror the scan view to a mobile device for remote control and real-time preview.
50% Faster Calibration Process
The Trackit SR's tracker is equipped with an automatic pan-tilt calibration system for fast multi-pose calibration and also supports scanner calibration and hand-eye calibration.
The full setup process can be completed in about 20 minutes, which according to factory data, is 50% faster than comparable products.
Rugged and Lightweight Carbon Fiber Frame
Trackit SR utilizes an integrated carbon fiber frame design. Both the scanner's target spheres and the tracker frame use high-strength, lightweight carbon fiber structures, ensuring system stability while making it ideal for long-duration mobile scanning.
High-Resolution RGB Color Texture Mapping
Through the Trackit SR’s high-resolution RGB camera, you can capture the surface texture and color information of objects to create color 3D models that closely resemble their real-world appearance.
Texture data can also be utilized in Revo Measure for measurement and professional report generation.
Revo Track Free 3D Scanning Software
Using Trackit SR with the free Revo Track software, you can complete 3D model creation, processing, and export through an intuitive workflow.
