• The [Enhanced Warranty Plan] cannot be added after shipment. Please confirm the desired warranty plan when ordering.
• If the machine experiences issues, please first fill out the Technical Support Form.
• Please ensure to use the original complete packaging (outer box, protective foam, etc.) and include all original accessories (such as power supply, SD card, cables, printing materials used, etc.) to avoid missing items during repair.
• Human damage, damage caused by self-modification, or original factory repair services outside the scope of our company's warranty, as assessed, as well as consumables (such as nozzles) and spare parts, are not covered by the warranty.
