・Our company cannot accept additional purchases of the [Enhanced Warranty Plan] after shipment. Please confirm your choice of warranty plan at the time of order to meet your needs.
・If the machine has an issue, please first fill out the technical support form.
・Please be sure to use the complete original packaging (outer box, protective foam, etc.) and include all original accessories (e.g., power supply, SD card, cables, materials used during printing, etc.) to avoid any omissions during repair.
・If assessed by an engineer as human damage, self-modified damage, or non-human damage for original factory repair warranty service, consumables (e.g., nozzles), and spare parts are not covered by the warranty.
