・Our company will not accept requests to add the [Enhanced Warranty Plan] after shipment. Please confirm your desired warranty plan at the time of order.
・If there is a problem with the machine, please fill out the Technical Support Form first.
・Please ensure to use the complete original packaging (outer box, protective foam, etc.) and include all original accessories (e.g., power supply, SD card, cables, materials used during printing, etc.) to avoid any omissions during repair.
・If the engineer determines the damage is due to human error, self-modification, or is outside the scope of non-human damage original factory warranty service, consumables (e.g., print heads) and spare parts are not covered by the warranty.
