One-Year Warranty & Repair Information
When purchasing Bambu Lab related machines, 3DMART offers you a choice of Standard Warranty or Enhanced Warranty service. For any operational questions, please contact the 3DMART Mailbox.
• If there is an issue with the machine, please first fill out the Technical Support Form. If the engineer determines it is not human-caused damage, the following methods can be applied:

3DMART will arrange free pickup of the equipment for repair → 3DMART engineers will perform the repair → Upon completion, 3DMART will arrange delivery back to you
• Please be sure to use the complete original packaging (outer box, protective foam, etc.) and include all original accessories (e.g., power supply, SD card, cables, materials used at the time of printing, etc.) to avoid any omissions during repair.
• If the engineer determines it is human-caused damage, damage from self-modification, or original factory repair warranty service for non-human damage, consumables (such as nozzles, etc.) and spare parts are not covered by the warranty.
• All operational tutorials will be quoted separately by 3DMART specialists. You can fill out the contact form to inquire.
