One-Year Warranty & Repair Information

For Bambu Lab machines, 3DMART offers your choice of Standard Warranty or Enhanced Warranty service. For any operational questions, please contact the 3DMART email.

• If there is an issue with the machine, please first fill out the Technical Support Form. If an engineer determines it is not human-induced damage, the following methods can be used:

No round-trip shipping fees | No inspection fees | No repair fees
3DMART will arrange free pickup of equipment for repair → 3DMART engineers will repair it → After completion, 3DMART will arrange delivery back.

• Please ensure to use the original complete packaging (outer box, protective foam, etc.) and include all original accessories (e.g., power supply, SD card, cables, materials used at the time of printing, etc.) to avoid any omissions during repair.
• If an engineer determines the damage is human-induced, caused by self-modification, or if it's a non-human-induced original factory warranty repair service, consumables (such as nozzles, etc.) and spare parts are not covered by the warranty.
• All operation tutorials will be quoted separately by a 3DMART specialist. You can fill out the contact form to inquire.
