For Bambu Lab machine purchases, 3DMART offers both Standard Warranty and Extended Warranty service options. For any operational questions, please contact the 3DMART support email.

• If there is an issue with the machine, please first complete the technical support form. If our engineers determine the damage is not user-caused, the following service applies:

3DMART will arrange free pickup of the equipment for repair → 3DMART engineers will perform repairs → 3DMART will arrange delivery back upon completion.

• You must use the original, complete packaging (outer box, protective foam, etc.) and include all original accessories (e.g., power supply, SD card, cables, materials used during printing, etc.) to avoid any omissions during the repair process.
• Damage determined by our engineers to be user-caused, caused by unauthorized modifications, or non-manufacturing defects, as well as consumables (e.g., nozzles, etc.) and spare parts, are not covered under the original manufacturer's warranty.
• All operational training provided by 3DMART specialists is quoted separately; you may inquire by filling out the contact form.
