SOURCE CAPTURE

Captures exhaust at the source, starting filtration before fumes can disperse

The Bambu Lab Purifier E1 is designed for 3D printing environments and can be connected directly to a compatible 3D printer chamber.

It creates negative pressure by extracting air, drawing air pollutants generated during the printing process into the filtration system to reduce the chance of exhaust fumes escaping directly into indoor spaces.

Rather than waiting for pollutants to disperse indoors before circulating and filtering the air, source-point extraction focuses on real-time air management during the printing process.

THREE-STAGE FILTRATION

Three-stage filtration system with a maximum particle filtration efficiency of 99.97%

The Purifier E1 uses three-stage filtration media to capture particles through different filtration mechanisms and adsorb some odor molecules.

Based on the provided product data, for particles with a size of 0.3μm, the filtration efficiency can reach up to 99.97%.

The multi-layer filtration design helps reduce some of the air pollutants generated during the 3D printing process, improving air management in the printing environment.

Filtration efficiency explanation: 99.97% refers to the particle filtration data for specified particle sizes and test conditions and does not mean that all gases, VOCs, or other pollutants have the same removal rate, nor that air pollutants in the entire room can be reduced by 99.97%.

Bambu Lab Purifier E1 smart synchronization and automatic extraction adjustment function
SMART SYNCHRONIZATION

Efficient and quiet, smartly synchronizing with the printing process

The Purifier E1 can work with compatible 3D printer workflows and start automatically when printing begins.

After printing is complete, the device can continue to operate to help remove any residual air pollutants in the chamber.

The system can adjust the extraction rate based on material-specific requirements, achieving an appropriate balance between air treatment and printing chamber conditions.

Automatic Start

Starts air filtration in coordination with the printing workflow to reduce manual operation.

Continuous Operation After Printing

After printing is complete, it can continue to treat residual air in the chamber.

Smart Extraction Control

Adjusts airflow based on compatible equipment and material settings to balance filtration and printing requirements.

QUIET OPERATION

As low as 38dB, quietly blending into the workspace

The Purifier E1 uses an acoustically damped structure to reduce vibration and noise during device operation.

In silent mode, operating noise can be as low as 38dB, approximately the sound level of a quiet indoor environment.

For design studios, office spaces, or personal creative environments, the low-noise design helps reduce interference from device operation.

REMOTE MONITORING

Check the status at any time for more convenient remote control

The Purifier E1 can be used with Bambu Handy and Bambu Studio to view air quality-related information on supported equipment configurations.

Users can also adjust the air purifier settings through a compatible software interface without having to operate it manually next to the device every time.

Integrate printing and air management into a single workflow to improve daily convenience.

Bambu Lab Purifier E1 enhanced filter option
ENHANCED FILTRATION

Purchase an enhanced filter to expand advanced material applications

For users who require advanced materials and special processes, the Purifier E1 offers an official enhanced filter option.

The enhanced filter uses catalytic oxidation-related technology designed to improve the handling of some odors and gaseous pollutants.

For actual applicable materials, pollutant types, and filtration performance, refer to the original manufacturer's specifications and test conditions for the corresponding filter cartridge.

Note: The enhanced filter is an optional purchase. When using special engineering materials, you should still follow the material safety data sheet and workplace requirements to provide adequate ventilation. The air purifier cannot replace necessary safety precautions.

Safety Precautions and Usage Guide

To ensure the normal operation and safe use of the Purifier E1, please read the following precautions before installation, operation, and maintenance.

01|Pre-Use Inspection

  1. Confirm that the air purifier is intact and has no obvious damage.
  2. Confirm that the power switch is in the off position.
  3. Confirm that the filter is correctly installed inside the device.

02|Installation Space and Placement Requirements

  1. Leave at least 5 cm of space in front of the purifier and at least 20 cm of space behind it.
  2. Avoid connecting the hose in an overly bent, folded or knotted manner to prevent affecting the airflow.
  3. Do not place any objects on top of the air purifier.
  4. Do not tilt, lean on, or sit on the device.

03|Power Supply and Cord Safety

  1. Be sure to use the power cord included with the air purifier.
  2. Avoid excessively twisting, bending, or knotting the power cord to prevent damage to the internal wiring or exposure.
  3. Before performing maintenance or moving the device, disconnect the power first.
  4. When moving the device, do not pull on the power cord.

04|Usage Restrictions and Important Warnings

  1. The Purifier E1 is designed specifically for Bambu Lab 3D printers to filter exhaust fumes generated during the 3D printing process. It must not be used for laser fume extraction.
  2. This device cannot filter carbon monoxide (CO) or radon (Rn) , and must not be used as safety protection equipment in combustion accidents or hazardous chemical accidents.
  3. If used in the same environment as gas stoves, gas water heaters, and other household gas equipment, ensure that the indoor space has adequate ventilation to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning.
  4. Do not put liquids, powders, flammable materials or other foreign objects into the air intake or exhaust vents.

05|Handling Abnormalities

If the device exhibits any of the following conditions, stop using it immediately:

  • Abnormal noise
  • Abnormal odor
  • Abnormally high temperature
  • Irregular fan rotation
  • Severely clogged filter cartridge

If an abnormality is detected, disconnect the power immediately, open windows to maintain ventilation if safe to do so, and stop using the device until the problem is resolved.

06|Filter Cartridge Maintenance and Replacement

  1. If the filter cartridge is severely clogged, stop using it immediately and disconnect the power.
  2. Continuing to use a clogged filter cartridge may affect device performance and shorten its service life.
  3. When replacing the filter cartridge, it is recommended to use an official Bambu Lab filter cartridge to maintain the corresponding filtration performance.
  4. For replacement steps, please refer to Bambu Lab E1 Air Filter Replacement Guide .
