Formlabs Form Studio 1 Resin Tank
The Form Studio 1 Resin Tank is available in both Standard and Pro versions, designed for specific resin chemical compatibility and material workflows, making it more efficient for Form Studio 1 users to switch materials, store resin, and handle daily printing tasks.
Form Studio 1 Resin Tank
The Form Studio 1 Resin Tank is a robust and flexible resin tank designed for high-speed printing and the restoration of intricate features.
Each resin tank comes with a reusable lid, allowing for the safe storage of resin outside the printer and convenient stacking for storage.
If you use multiple resin colors or different material types, you can configure a separate resin tank for each. When switching materials, simply remove the current tank and slide in another to quickly start a new print job.
Standard Resin Tank Compatible Materials
This version has been optimized for chemical compatibility and is suitable for use with the following Form Studio 1 resins:
- Alpha Resin series
- Flexible 80A Resin V2
- True Cast Resin
Durable design for at least 75,000 layers
The Form Studio 1 Standard Resin Tank can stably operate for at least 75,000 layers of printing.
Based on an average model height of 39 mm and a layer thickness of 100 μm, this equates to approximately 190 print jobs.
Form Studio 1 Resin Tank Pro
The Form Studio 1 Resin Tank Pro also features a robust and flexible structure but is further designed for broader chemical compatibility, making it suitable for use with Tough 1500 Resin V2 and materials that require Open Material Mode.
The Resin Tank Pro also comes with a reusable lid for convenient resin storage outside the printer and easy stacking.
By configuring separate tanks for different resins, you can simply swap tanks when switching materials, eliminating the need to empty the resin from the tank every time, which simplifies multi-material workflows.
Resin Tank Pro Use Cases
- Using Tough 1500 Resin V2.
- Using materials that require Open Material Mode.
- Workflows requiring broader material chemical compatibility.
- Frequent material development, testing, or third-party material applications.
Same 75,000+ layer service life
The Form Studio 1 Resin Tank Pro can stably operate for at least 75,000 layers of printing.
Based on an average model height of 39 mm and a layer thickness of 100 μm, this equates to approximately 190 print jobs.
