Formlabs - Form 4 Finish Kit
The Form 4 Finish Kit allows users to quickly and easily finish parts while keeping the work area clean and tidy. The kit includes two rinse buckets, a rinse basket, a removal tool, a plastic tank scraper, a build platform jig, flush cutters, a squeeze bottle, and disposable nitrile gloves.
1. Rinse buckets x2: Two plastic buckets for holding solvent. Lids snap shut to reduce solvent evaporation.
2. Rinse basket: For transferring parts from one bucket to another. The basket can hook onto the edge of the rinse bucket, allowing parts to drip dry.
3. Rinse bottle: For dispensing clean solvent to rinse parts and flush internal channels.
4. Plastic tank scraper: For inspecting and cleaning the Form 4 resin tank.
5. Metal scraper: For removing parts from the build platform. Do not use this tool to inspect the Form 4 resin tank.
6. Jig: Provides a secure location to hold the build platform while removing printed parts.
7. Flush cutters: For carefully removing supports from printed parts.
8. Disposable nitrile gloves: Wear gloves when removing and post-processing printed parts.
9. Non-abrasive microfiber cleaning cloth: Disposable lint-free non-woven microfiber cloth for cleaning the printer's optics.
