  • When sending for repair, you must use the original packaging, including the box and protective foam, and include relevant accessories such as the power adapter, memory card, cables, and the material used when the issue occurred.
  • Damage caused by human error, unauthorized modifications, as well as consumables and spare parts are not covered under the standard warranty; actual determinations and service content are subject to 3DMART warranty regulations.
