Prusa CORE One L+ 3D Printer (with Advanced Filter)
Industrial-grade reliability, single-print large models, perfect print quality, and CoreXY speed, all on your desktop.
Better print results, more convenient daily use.
Prusa focuses on daily experience, providing more aesthetically pleasing prints, faster preparation, easier maintenance, and fewer things for you to handle yourself.
The new Prusa CORE One L+ starts prints cleaner, produces more beautiful surfaces, operates more simply, and incorporates improvements based on user and community feedback.
The integrated nozzle wiper cleans filament from the nozzle before printing, helping to prevent loose strands and small blobs from sticking to the print surface.
The new GT1.5 belt makes unwanted repeating patterns finer and harder to notice, especially on large, smooth surfaces where even subtle imperfections stand out.
The latest firmware improvements streamline daily tasks and reduce the maintenance required for the printer.
Avoid the common pitfalls of large printers. With CORE One L+, you no longer have to worry about model placement.
Say goodbye to warped corners. With its advanced heat distribution technology, you can perfectly print large objects across the entire print bed.
Say goodbye to the tedious steps of slicing, gluing, and assembling large 3D prints.
The Original Prusa CORE One L+ has double the print volume of the standard CORE One and features a 60°C heated chamber, ensuring warp-free prints.
Plug-and-play, over 200 validated material profiles, and quick setup make it a highly reliable manufacturing partner for your workshop.
All units are pre-calibrated and factory-tested, ready to use – just press the print button.
Finished products removed from the print bed can be delivered directly to customers as final products.
The CORE One series are our fastest printers to date, and they are compatible with all types of filaments, not just special ones.
Thanks to the high-flow nozzle, CoreXY kinematics, and input shaper, printing is faster without compromising quality.
What you design is what you get. Our independently developed, quality-focused print profiles ensure that models are produced according to design specifications, validated by CT scans.
With a 60°C print chamber, it can print various advanced materials such as ASA, ABS, PC, PA, reducing cracks, warping, and deformation.
Simply switch to flexible filament feeding mode, load the filament, and start printing durable and flexible parts.
The CORE One L+ can print extreme overhangs up to 75° without support, reducing support material and saving print time.
“I was amazed by this machine's ability to handle complex geometries with incredible precision, achieving tolerances comparable to professional industrial equipment.”
“I printed large models with the CORE One L, and they adhered easily to the printer, extending all the way to the edges, something many large printers struggle with.”
Utilize carbon fiber reinforced polymers like PA11-CF or PCCF to repair damaged electronics and create functional mechanical parts.
The large 30-liter print space allows for the creation of large manufacturing jigs, calibration tools, and custom fixtures in a single print run.
TPU is suitable for creating custom phone cases, camera mounts, shock absorbers, seals, and protective buffers.
From architectural scale models to film-grade props and cosplay designs, highly detailed large prototypes can be completed in a single print cycle.
CT-scan validated dimensional accuracy across the entire print volume ensures that large projects faithfully reproduce the design.
The CORE One L+ is designed for stable 24/7 operation. Fill the print bed, press print, and start long printing tasks.
Cosplay, movie props, masks, and large displays can be printed as a single piece, reducing the need for cutting, gluing, sanding seams, and aligning edges.

Large 3D printed objects are prone to warping due to uneven heat distribution.
The CORE One L+ features a large, all-aluminum heated bed with a dual-zone heating system, ensuring more uniform heat distribution across the entire print area.
The powerful heated bed uses convective heating to raise the chamber temperature to 60°C, providing a stable printing environment for advanced materials.
With the HT hotend upgrade kit installed, it can print carbon fiber reinforced PEKK-CF, PPS-CF, and high-performance engineering polymers like PPSU and PPA-CF.
The CoreXY motion system moves a lightweight print head instead of a heavy bed. Combined with input shaper firmware to compensate for high-speed vibrations, print speeds can reach up to 500 mm/s.
The CORE One L+'s exoskeleton has been redesigned to maintain high rigidity while using aluminum panels, keeping the large machine at a reasonable weight.
Compared to the CORE One+, the CORE One L+ has only a slightly larger footprint but approximately double the print volume.
The large 300 × 300 × 330 mm, 30-liter print space reduces the need to cut and glue large models.
CAD files are published, and firmware source code is hosted on GitHub, allowing users to view, modify, or compile their own versions.
When using low-temperature materials like PLA or PETG, the system automatically opens the top vents; for high-temperature materials, they close automatically.
An optional 1080p night vision camera is included in the package and can be used with Prusa Connect or the Prusa App to monitor prints and create time-lapse videos.
The CORE One L+ can be fitted with HEPA and activated carbon advanced filter modules, and can also be connected to an HVAC system depending on workplace requirements.
Most projects require a straightforward workflow. EasyPrint comes with an online slicing engine and can be used directly on your phone.
After selecting the model, material, and quality settings, prints can be quickly prepared. When receiving CAD files from colleagues, they can be directly imported into the workflow.
The CORE One L+ is a printing platform designed with transparency, repairability, and creative freedom at its core.
The CORE One L+ is compatible with standard 1.75 mm filaments. PrusaSlicer includes over 200 preset profiles, and you can also create new material profiles yourself.
Prints can be made via USB drive or local network. Prusa Connect is optionally available for remote monitoring and print farm management.
Firmware source code is published on GitHub, and CAD files are published on Printables.com, available for viewing and modification.
PrusaSlicer, EasyPrint, Prusa Connect, Prusa App, and firmware updates are all included with the device.
All parts are not glued and can be disassembled with basic tools, with long-term spare part support provided.
As long as hardware conditions allow, Prusa provides clear upgrade paths to keep existing equipment up-to-date.
The printer is factory assembled and pre-calibrated, so no additional adjustments are needed to use it.
At the same time, the machine parts are not glued together and can be disassembled with basic screw tools, leaving ample room for modification, creativity, and customization.
