Machine Body Design Introduction

Unboxing and Assembly
- Assemble the stainless steel tubes: Rotate and lock the four stainless steel tubes clockwise into the four corners of the machine.
- Insert the tray into the track: With the handle end facing the front of the machine, slide the tray into the stainless steel tubes.
- Assemble the heater: Install the heater on top of the stainless steel tubes and secure it with the 4 M5 x 25 screws provided.
- Secure the connecting rods on both sides of the tray: Pull up the connecting rods on both sides of the tray and connect them to the locking points on both sides of the heater. Use the 8 M4 x 6 screws provided to secure the connecting rods to the locking points on the heater.
- Assemble the handle: Combine the handle with the lower edge of the connecting rods on both sides of the tray and secure it with the M5 x 6 screws provided.
- Assemble the plastic side cover: Place the plastic side cover over the area in STEP 5 and secure it with M5 x 7 screws.
- Connect the heater power: Plug the heater's power into the two sockets at the back of the machine base.
- Assemble the power outlet cover: Secure the power cord outlet cover in the area in STEP 7 and tighten the screws.
- Unlock the tray: Pull the silver pull shafts at both ends of the tray. Once the tray is successfully unlocked, you can lift the tray using the handle.

Quick Start
- Turn on the power: After turning on the power, the FORMART 3 will automatically perform a smart check.
- Select operating mode: After the automatic smart check is complete, you can select the desired operating mode using the control knob.
- Place the material: Place the material sheet on the machine's base plate. The FORMART 3 supports four sizes (50 × 30 cm, 42 × 30 cm, 30 × 30 cm, 30 × 20.5 cm), which can be adjusted by switching the base plate area.
- Pull down the tray to secure the material: Press down the handle to lower the tray to the bottom and lock it.
- Set the task: Use the machine knob to select and adjust the material and thickness settings. You can also use the FORMART 3's built-in smart database.
- Pull up the tray to heat the material: Pull up the handle to raise the tray and start heating the material sheet. Wait for it to heat to the appropriate temperature; the machine screen will display the heating progress.
- Pull down the tray for vacuum forming: Following the instructions, press down the handle to lower the tray to the bottom and lock it. The FORMART 3 will begin forming, cooling, and blow-off demolding.
- Release the pull shafts to unlock the tray: Pull the silver pull shafts at both ends of the tray. Once the tray is successfully unlocked, you can lift the tray using the handle to complete the vacuum forming.
