1. What are the model limitations for 3D printing?
Since the nozzle diameter is 0.4mm, objects smaller than 0.4mm cannot be formed, and the wall thickness must be greater than 0.4mm.
Round holes must be larger than 0.8mm, and the minimum object size cannot be less than 1 cubic centimeter.
The maximum size cannot exceed 20 x 20 x 30 cubic centimeters (large models require self-splitting)

3. What is layer thickness? What layer thicknesses are currently available for printing?
Layer thickness refers to the thickness (height) of each layer an object grows during printing. A smaller layer thickness results in finer quality. If the model has many overhangs, a thicker layer is recommended for better surface quality.
The standard printing layer thickness (Layers) we currently offer is 0.2mm, which is the optimal choice for detail and time. If you need further adjustment, please contact us directly.
4. What is the printing accuracy?
FDM machines have a printing accuracy of approximately 0.4~0.3mm (fine surface texture).
SLA machines have a printing accuracy of approximately 0.1mm (smooth surface).
MJF machines have a printing accuracy of approximately 0.1mm (matte texture).
*Due to different characteristics of 3D printed objects, you can refer to [Beginner-friendly: Quickly choose 3D technology] to select the required technology, or contact us with your specific needs.
*The complexity of the printed object, orientation, and materials used will all affect accuracy.

The cost varies depending on the size and material of the object; for general-sized objects, it usually takes 3-5 working days. You can upload your 3D file (STL format) to the Quotation System, and a dedicated person will estimate the price and time for you! If you have a physical model, simply fill out the 3D Scanning Online Form and provide multiple photos of the object and its actual dimensions. We will assist you as soon as possible with a quote for scanning services and estimated turnaround time based on the object's size and complexity, ensuring your workflow is not delayed!

For initial evaluation, sample printing before machine purchase is available at a discounted service rate. Please contact our sales team for details.
3. What is the equipment delivery time?
Most machine deliveries are typically within one week. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as epidemics and flight issues, delivery times may be longer. Delivery times also vary by brand and model. You can call or email us beforehand to inquire, and 3DMart sales will contact you and provide professional advice.
