Due to the 0.4mm nozzle diameter, objects smaller than 0.4mm cannot be formed. Wall thickness must be greater than 0.4mm.
Round holes must be larger than 0.8mm, and the minimum object volume cannot be less than 1 cubic centimeter.
The maximum size cannot exceed 20 x 20 x 30 cubic centimeters (large models need to be split into parts by the user).

3. What is layer thickness? What printing layer thicknesses are currently available?
Layer thickness refers to the thickness (height) of each layer that is built up. A smaller layer thickness results in finer quality. If the model has many overhanging parts, it is recommended to choose a larger layer thickness for better surface quality.

The general printing layer thickness (Layers) currently offered is 0.2mm, which is the optimal choice for detail and time. If further adjustment is needed, please contact us directly.

4. What is the printing accuracy?
FDM machine printing accuracy is approximately 0.4~0.3mm (fine surface texture).
SLA machine printing accuracy is approximately 0.1mm (smooth surface).
MJF machine printing accuracy is approximately 0.1mm (matte texture).

5. 3D printing contract manufacturing time and cost?
The cost will vary depending on the size and material of the object; generally, it takes about 3-5 working days for objects of average size. You can upload your 3D file (STL format) to the Quotation System, and a dedicated person will estimate the price and time for you!
