Usage Tips
1. Machine performance characteristics inevitably change over time.
These changes are caused by factors such as:
- Environmental temperature fluctuations
- Micro-deformation of the structure from vibrations or relocation
- Stress relaxation of enclosure materials
For high-precision needs, we recommend recalibrating every two weeks.
2. Calibration Only: Do not use as a build plate.
After calibration, please remove and store the Vision Encoder plate properly.
3. Pre-Calibration Checklist:
- Ensure the toolhead camera is clean and functional (no HMS errors).
- Clear all debris from the heated bed.
- Ensure the encoder surface is clean and patterns are visible.
- Heated bed must be at room temperature to avoid thermal expansion errors.
